Ulu Ulu Resort Participates in Borneo Birds Festival 2015
Ulu Ulu Resort of Brunei Darussalam participated in the Borneo Birds Festival 2015 as an exhibitor held from 23rd – 25th October 2015 in Kinabalu Park, Sabah, Malaysia. The 3rd Borneo Bird Festival is an international event organized annually for networking, bird race and offering of various bird watching promotions.
Ulu Ulu Resort is represented by Richard Godfrey Ret who is also a tour guide of Sunshine Borneo Tours, a leading tour operator based in Brunei. Ulu Ulu Resort and Sunshine Borneo Tours are committed to promote Brunei especially the Ulu Temburong National Park as a birding destination internationally. To date, more than 110 species of birds have been recorded by birders here. Some also regarded the national park as a hornbill paradise with as many as 7 species of hornbill sighted. Ulu Ulu Resort was also a host to the 2014 Borneo Bird Race, Brunei leg.
